Online Substance Abuse Training for Employees and Supervisors
Drug Testing Network, Inc. offers a comprehensive, online training program consisting of four, interactive, on-demand, training modules which are designed to help foster a drug-free workplace and to help supervisors and employees know what to look for.
In the United States, 10 to 15 percent of all employees suffer from alcohol or drug problems. That's why educating your entire workforce about alcohol and drug testing — and providing training on how to identify troubled co-workers as early as possible — is critical to keeping your workplace drug free.
Also there are federal Department of Transportation (DOT) as well as several states that require both employees and their supervisors be trained in such areas as the consequences of drug use on personal health, safety, and work, and the behavioral cues that indicate drug use. These programs meet the government criteria.
The Drug Testing Network, Inc. online training program is designed to:
- Educate the entire workforce about alcohol and drug testing.
- Offer in-depth employee and supervisor instructional training.
- Provide an interactive tutorial on each section within a module.
- Reinforce learning by quizzing users following each section, and at the end of the entire training module.
- Track which employees have completed required modules, their test date and their score.
- Keep you and your office 100 percent compliant with training requirements mandated by federal agencies such as the Department of Transportation (D.O.T.).
- Enhance employee productivity and reduce costs of medical and workers' compensation claims by promoting a drug-free workforce. Back to Top
